Inglewood pedicab operators currently drive along regular city streets as they use vehicles that have license plates affixed to the rear of them. COMPTON – A man was shot to death inside a Compton beauty supply store Sunday afternoon. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies with the Compton Station responded to reports of shots fired in the 1300 block of E.
