Kafshi Bennett filed a claim against the City for alleged personal injury; assault, abuse of authority that was denied on the July 11, 2023, regular city council agenda. INGLEWOOD – The city of Inglewood was awarded a $50,000 fellowship grant from Leland Stanford Junior University (Stanford) on behalf of its Stanford Impact Labs. The grant was awarded to the City of Inglewood for a project entitled Evidence for Policy Fellowship, under the Direction of Economic Development Manager Qiuana Williams.
