Marina del Rey, CA (April 15, 2026) â€“ Iconic rapper, actor, and entrepreneur Xzibit is entering a new era with the opening of his third cannabis retail store, XWCC Marina.

Known for his platinum-selling music career, his breakout role as host of MTV’s Pimp My Ride, and decades of influence across entertainment and street culture, Xzibit has spent recent years channeling that same energy and creative drive into building the Xzibit’s West Coast Cannabis (XWCC) brand. XWCC Marina marks a bold new chapter in cannabis retail, redefining the dispensary experience through Xzibit’s legacy and creative DNA.

Located at 3452 W Washington Blvd, Marina del Rey, CA 90292, the new flagship introduces a distinctly curated atmosphere to one of the city’s most vibrant coastal neighborhoods. The space features a custom‑built lounge inspired by Xzibit’s creative vision, blending premium cannabis, art, and culture in an elevated setting.

Xzibit’s rise in the cannabis industry reflects the same drive and impact that defined his music career. With decades as a leading voice in entertainment, he has emerged as one of the most respected artist‑entrepreneurs in the industry. XWCC opened its first retail store in Bel Air in 2024, followed by its second location in Chatsworth as the brand expanded into the San Fernando Valley.

Xzibit has established himself as more than a founder, he’s a leader helping to shape the future of cannabis retail by blending premium products, technology, innovation, art, culture, and lived experience into a true one‑stop destination. The third location marks a major milestone for the businessman.

“At all XWCC locations, we’re pushing cannabis culture forward,” states Xzibit. “Each store is uniquely built as a reflection of my life, creativity, and West Coast culture.”

On Saturday, April 18 at 9 AM, XWCC Marina will host its official grand opening and ribbon‑cutting ceremony. The Xzibit and the XWCC team will introduce the new flagship location through onsite brand activations, local vendor participation, interactive experiences, and surprise special guests.

Students and attendees will receive 55% off all in‑store premium products.
