LOS ANGELES â€“ The summer is here and the Postal Service is looking for individuals who will enjoy working outdoors and delivering cheer along with the mail! 

USPS is looking for committed and motivated individuals to join us in our mission of service in their local communities. If you are ready to take the first step towards a long walk, with a bright career, visit one of these upcoming job fairs. 

Join postal personnel for an in-person career fair to discuss the application process in detail and learn how you will reap the benefits a career with the Postal Service has to offer including health and retirement benefits, good pay, stable employment, paid training, and the ability for career advancement throughout the organization.  

The Los Angeles USPS facility is located at:

Los Angeles Processing & Distribution Center
7001 S. Central Avenue
Los Angeles, CA 90052

The available postal positions, which offer starting pay from $19.33 to $19.94 an hour, are great opportunities for anyone seeking fast-paced, rewarding work environments with good pay, and are a first step in leading to long-term careers with the Postal Service. 

The Postal Service offers benefits packages to include medical, dental, vision, sick time, and vacation leave to its workforce; see job announcement for full details. 

Applicants must be 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background investigation and they must be available to work weekends and holidays.
