ANAHEIM -Two pedestrians are dead after they were struck by a vehicle in Anaheim, police said Saturday.
The collision was reported at approximately 8:30 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of South Anaheim Boulevard, north of Lorraine Drive, KNBC 4 reported.
The pedestrians – a man and a woman – died at the scene.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police and was not driving under the influence, authorities said.
Anaheim Boulevard is expected to be closed for several hours while the investigation continues.
