LONG BEACH – A 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder for allegedly shooting another man during an argument in Long Beach, authorities said Saturday. Officers were sent to the 100 block of East 28th Street at about 10:30 p.m. Friday regarding a report of a shooting, and found a man suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
