LOS ANGELES (2UrbanGirls) – Los Angeles County has expanded its guaranteed income to include 200 former foster youth after the Board of Supervisors approved the motion introduced by Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell. “Earlier this year the Board of Supervisors approved my motion to expand Breathe, LA County’s Guaranteed Income Program,” said Mitchell.
