The 2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival kicked off at the Anaheim resort Feb. 28.

The media was given a preview of the new merchandise and food offerings specially curated for this year’s festival and they are AMAZING!

Media friends sampled all of the new food offerings and my favorites were:

Corn Chip Chili Pie
(David Nguyen/Disneyland Resort)
Mac & Cheese
(David Nguyen/Disneyland Resort)
  • Birria mac & cheese from Sonoma Terrace and Mercado de Antojos: enriched with onion-cilantro sauce and tortilla crunch;
  • Corn chip chili pie featuring Impossible™ Beef from Peppers Cali-ente and Cozy Cone Motel: with spicy cheese sauce, tomatoes, sliced jalapeños and sour cream
  • Musubi Fried Rice: Aulani Resort-inspired steamed rice with egg, glazed spiced ham, umami mayo, and furikake
  • Mickey-shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces from Uncork California: filled with caramel ganache
  • Mango Guava Cocktail: Vodka, mango purée, guava nectar, cucumber syrup, and lemon juice garnished with a rainbow sour belt gummy

The park is also offering its popular Sip & Savor pass which is a special, commemorative credential that lets you try up to eight different food or non-alcoholic beverage items at participating locations anytime throughout the festival.

Keep in mind you can order multiple items at the Sip & Savor booths and pick up at their respective locations throughout the park to decrease wait times.

Teo Hunter & Beny Ashburn (Emilie St. John/2UrbanGirls)

The festival also features local owned fan favorites including Inglewood-based Crown & Hops with their top selling “The Dopest Hazy IPA” featuring a tangerine based flavor and winemaker Christopher Reid Christensen who blessed us with a sample of Cuvee Agincourt a bubbly 100% Sauvignon Blanc that is so easy on the palate.

To see the full list of food offerings and activations throughout the park visit the DisneyParksBlog for more details.

To purchase tickets and to make your reservation visit Disneyland.com.

The Disneyland Resort is accessible by public transportation so if you plan to Go Metro click here to plan your trip!
