LOS ANGELES – There were no tickets sold matching all six numbers in Wednesday’s drawing, according to the Multi-State Lottery Association, which conducts the game.
There were ten tickets sold matching five numbers with three of them also matching the Powerplay number.
Seven tickets were sold matching five numbers in California (2), Colorado, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas (2) and they are worth $1 million each.
The two tickets sold in California are worth $1.2 million each. One was sold at a smoke shop in the 900 block of Alamo Drive in Vacaville and the other one was sold at a Walmart in the 8400 block of Elk Grove Blvd. in Elk Grove.
Three tickets were sold matching five numbers and the Powerplay number in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Texas and are worth $2 million each.
The numbers drawn Monday night were 9, 35, 54, 63, 64 and the Powerball number is 1.
Saturday’s jackpot is estimated at $1.4 billion with a cash option of $643.7 million.
The Powerball game is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
